2,5-Diiodothiophene (IR)

Abstract

Inelastic Neutron Scattering spectrum of 2,5-Diiodothiophene (IR), C₄H₂I₂S, measured on the Vertex 70 FTIR instrument. Infrared spectrum of 2,5-diiodothiophene at 111 K. Spectrum has been corrected for the wavelength-dependent pathlength of ATR. The features at ~1900-2400 cm-1 are due to miscancellation of the ATR diamond element and should be ignored..
